The OZZIDOG Control Leash  is a two leash system. A command leash slides freely inside a regular leash for a short distance before exiting near the shoulder blades. The command leash wraps around the rib cage before reconnecting to the regular leash. The command leash handle slides freely up and down the regular leash . It is fitted so the handle is close to your hip and your dog is by your side or just in front of you when you are using it. A short removable collar strap is useful in small dogs and deep chested breeds To keep the control leash in position an adjustable collar strap slides freely along the chest strap and wraps under the dog collar at the base of the neck before being buckled.

The two leash  system is designed so that the command leash runs partly inside a regular restraint leash. The command leash exits the regular leash and wraps around the rib cage before reattaching to the regular leash,  The 2 leashes pull in 2 different spots and give your pet distinctively different messages

3 Connection Points

There are 3 connection points for the OZZIDOG   Control Leash. Firstly clip the distal end of the leash to the collar with a snap. Secondly  wrap the command leash around the rib cage  and clip the male adjustable buckle to the the female end attached to the regular leash. Finally thread the collar strap on the chest strap  under the collar and connect the buckle.

The Regular leash is separated into 2 parts . The proximal part has the command leash running inside it. The distal part can be separated from the proximal part leaving the command leash connected to the dog. This is great for indoor training, hiking, dog parks and service dogs.

The command leash handle slides freely up and down the regular leash and makes the command leash constrict around the rib cage. The handle automatically retracts if it is released.

The command leash is made up of cord, webbing and elastic. It has an adjustable buckle at the distal end which allows the command leash  to be easily adjusted to your dogs girth. The elastic is essential because it allows the Command Leash Handle to automatically retract when released.
